Welcome to Bishop Perrin C.E. Primary School
On behalf of the staff, children and Governors, I would like to thank you for your interest in Bishop Perrin Church of England Primary School.
We are a friendly, one form entry school with good relationships, a strong sense of belonging and Christian values at the heart of our ethos. Our rich and varied curriculum and high expectations of children ensure that everyone is able to be the best they can.
We are delighted that the strengths of our school have been highlighted in our recent Ofsted inspection (May 2012) where the school was graded as outstanding (the highest grade possible) in all areas. Please click the link to read the report.
The excellent relationships and team work between different members of the school community while keeping children’s learning central to everything that we do is what makes our school special.
The Governors are committed to ensuring the best possible educational environment for our children and they work closely with staff to make and monitor long term plans to ensure that the school continues to go from strength to strength.
We have an active School Association which organises fundraising and social events for children, parents, families and the local community.
The school, situated in the Church of England parish of St. Augustine of Canterbury, Whitton, was founded in memory of the Right Reverend William Perrin, Assistant Bishop of London and a former chairman of the Diocesan Board of Education. The school opened on 3rd February 1936.
I hope that this website gives you a flavour of our school and that you find it helpful and informative. We are proud of our school and hope that you are able to take the time to visit us.
I look forward to meeting you.
Mrs. Karen Finnemore
Headteacher
