School Association

We are fortunate at our school to have a School Association that is and has been an integral part of the school community for many years. In its time the SA has raised many thousands of pounds, which has been spent on equipment and resources to enhance and enrich our children’s education and experience as well as the school facilities.

Our SA is about much more than simply fundraising.  We exist to provide closer links between home and school and it is an excellent way to bring staff, parents and friends together socially in support of the school, working towards a common goal.  It is fun too - just ask any of the Committee members or SA helpers.

All parents and members of the school community are encouraged to get involved, even if they only have a small amount of time available. All families are automatically members of the SA when their child joins our school. Members have the right to attend and vote at General Meetings, to receive communications and updates regarding the Association's activities.

AGM and nominations for committee roles

Our next AGM will be held on Wednesday 23rd October 2024, at 7.30pm, in the school hall. If you would like to be considered for a role on the committee (see description of roles in the tab below), please complete a nomination form here, by 12pm on Monday 21st October. If you would like to share the role of Chair, please nominate yourself and the person who you will co-Chair with by clicking on the Chair option, and filling in the details and nominations / seconders for both of you.

The SA is extremely conscious of the ethos and diversity of our school, and we try very hard when organising and planning events to respect this.
